School Story:
Hmmm. 1968. Sadie Hawkins bonfire and football scrimmage. Crispy cool school night. Very well attended. Cheerleaders, friends and fans altogether having fun.
Well there was a pass play. I ran my route. I stretched out my 98 lb. 5’6 inches to reach for the ball. Down went my football pants BUT I caught the ball, synched up pants as much as I could and stumbled back to the huddle. Needless to say there was a delay of game until my teammates and I laughed until we were done…well…laughing. Crazy funny. Unforgettable highlight of my football career. ;)
